Build features end-to-end across frontend (React/JS) and backend(Java/Spring Boot) - from schema to UI.
Own greenfield work: take a problem from spec to production with real ownership, not just tickets.
Use AI tooling heavily (Cursor, Claude) as a core part of how you build.
We expect you to move fast with it.
Work directly with founders on product decisions; tight feedback loops, no layers.
You own end to end build test and deploy

Requirements

Technical background (CS/engineering or equivalent self-taught depth).
0–2 years of experience; strong track record of multiple shipped college/side projects (link your GitHub/portfolio).
Comfortable in Java and JavaScript; able to work across the stack.
Fluent with AI-assisted development - you treat it as a force multiplier, not a crutch.
Bias toward shipping, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to learn fast in a small team.
We are not looking for AI prompt executor but a thinker and executor who uses AI to move and build fast.

Python background.
TypeScript, REST API design, SQL/Postgres, or any production deployment experience.
Interest in B2B / manufacturing / marketplace problems.

Build from scratch with direct founder access.
Real ownership and visible impact from week one.
